Cancelation Policy

Thank you for choosing Toxxology®! We strive to provide you with the best possible service and experience. In order to respect both our staff and other clients, we have a clear cancelation policy in place. Please review the following information carefully.

Cancelation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may need it.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a $97 fee will be charged to your account.
Late Cancelations or Reschedules: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $97 fee will also be charged.

This fee helps us manage our schedule and ensure our services remain available to all our valued clients.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

Using our online booking system.

Please note that cancelations made via social media messages are not accepted.

Why We Enforce This Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, but we ask that you respect the time and effort of our staff. When clients cancel or reschedule with short notice or fail to show up, it impacts our ability to serve other clients who may want the appointment time.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen, and we may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.
