Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for 24–48 hours Use only gentle, hydrating skincare products recommended by your provider Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, acids, and active treatments for 5–7 days Protect your skin from the sun and apply mineral SPF daily once approved Do not pick, scrub, or exfoliate treated skin as it heals
